CA Anil Kumar Tadaka

CA Anil Kumar Tadaka (M No 222964), proprietor at T ANIL KUMAR & CO, (FRN 02264S) Chartered Accountants based out of Hyderabad, is a fellow member of ICAI and qualified as a CA in January 2009. Currently, I am in full-time practice since August 1st, 2020. I handle income tax returns, tax audits of various entities, GST filings, ROC-related works, audit & accounts, and other related tasks. I have previously conducted a concurrent audit of Tirumala Co-op. Urban Bank Ltd.

Before entering practice, I worked with TELETEXT INDIA LIMITED as MANAGER - UK FINANCE for 7 years (from June 2013 to June 2020), where my profile included monthly finalization and consolidation of individual and group company accounts, monitoring monthly MIS, reconciliation of monthly inter-company accounts, and managing the payments team. This involved reconciling weekly supplier statements, making payments, preparing budgets and cash flows, comparing them with actuals, analyzing variances, and providing information for the statutory audit of entities.

Prior to that, I worked at Coastal Projects Limited as Deputy Manager (F&A), where my work profile involved leading the team in consolidating and finalizing accounts, and reporting the same. I managed tax audits, filed e-TDS returns, and handled budgets and cash flows for various sites.
I also worked in the Internal Audit department as second-in-command of the audit team, participating in audit planning and scope definition. I performed audits of various sites, reported findings to management, primarily focusing on deficiencies, and provided audit recommendations with follow-up.
